Wellness Concierge Collective was founded by a wellness industry operator with over 20 years of experience spanning luxury hotel spas, med spas, storefront skincare concepts, and American Express Centurion Lounge spa operations. As a nationally accredited Master Esthetician and Licensed Massage Therapist, the founder brings a rare dual perspective of practitioner and executive—building businesses that elevate guest experience while strengthening the P&L.
Having led multi-unit expansion and operational strategy, scalable spa models have been built through disciplined financial management, retail optimization, and client lifetime value (LTV) growth—structured for sustainable, long-term profitability.
